CUISD Seeks Intern for GIS and Graphic Work

INTERNSHIP OUTLINE

The CUISD seeks one intern to aid with GIS and graphic display for various Institute projects and programming. Candidates must be an upper classroom with relevant experience or a graduate student enrolled in a Masters program at The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art. They must have experience with GIS technology (as well as other basic graphic software) and be available 4-10 hours per week over the summer months of 2015.

HOURS

4-10 hours per week

RATE

Intern will be paid hourly at a rate of $15.00/hour

CONTRACT

The internship term contract is flexible dependent upon successful applicant’s schedule. Start date can be as early as May 1, 2015. The internship will be terminated at a date to be determined in an agreement by the intern and the Institute.

Applications are to be submitted on a rolling basis. Interns will be selected based on merit and availability. Past experience with GIS is essential.
