Payment Schedules

 

Spring 2024 

Payment Deadlines:

  • Billing will begin on November 22, 2023
  • Payment plan will open on December 8, 2023
  • Payment due date is January 5, 2024
  • Payment Plan due dates are January 5, February 5, March 5, April 5, 2024

Note: Failure to pay according to the above schedule may be subjected to a Late Payment Fee of $100. All fees are non-refundable.

Warning: If you fail to pay your balance by March 1, (or have not made arrangements for a payment plan), you are subject to de-registration and the loss of all courses.

Tuition Withdrawal Deadlines:

  • 100% Tuition Refund: Tuesday, January 16 - Tuesday, January 23, 2024
  • 50% Tuition Refund: Wednesday, January 24 - Wednesday, January 31, 2024
  • 25% Tuition Refund: Thursday, February 1 - Thursday, February 8, 2024
  • No refund any time on or after February 9, 2024
  • Be advised that the student registration fee of $1,135 is non-refundable on or after Tuesday, January 16 and is not subject to the partial refund policy.

The further into a given semester, the lower the refund percentage. The refund schedule is based on the withdrawal date. Any withdrawal after the third week of classes is not eligible for a refund of any amount. The above dates detail the refund schedules for the Fall 2023 and Spring 2024 semesters. Please note, that student fees are not refundable after the start of the semester.

Health insurance waiver deadline is March 15, 2024.

Summer 2024

Payment Deadlines:

  • Billing begins on April 24, 2024
  • Payment due date is May 8, 2024

Late Registration Fee: Failure to pay according to the above dates may result in a late payment fee of $100 per month. All fees are non-refundable.

Warning: If you fail to pay your balance by May 8, you are subject to de-registration and the loss of all courses.

Tuition Withdrawal Deadlines:

  • Last day to withdraw from a course in Summer Session 1 or 2 is May 17, 2024.

Please note, that all student tuition and fees will not be refundable after May 17.


Important Policy Change to Payment Schedule for the 
2024 – 2025 Academic Year 

Fall 2024

To Maintain Good Standing with your Student Account:

  • Pay your balance by the billing due date below; or
  • Be enrolled and current in making payments to the payment plan outlined below. Students who register for payment plans and do not make payments will be de-registered from all classes.

Regular Registration Timeline:

  • Billing begins on July 5, 2024
  • Payment plan opens on July 6, 2024
  • For those choosing to pay in full, the due date is August 5, 2024
  • Payment plan due dates are August 5, September 5, October 5, and November 5, 2024

If you fail to pay your balance by August 5, 2024, or have not made a payment plan, you are subject to de-registration and the loss of all courses on August 20. Seats in courses lost this way will be held until the first day of the semester, September 3. Once the semester begins, the seat will no longer be held and may be lost.
 
Late Registration Fee: Failure to pay according to the above schedule will result in a late payment fee of $100 per month. All fees are nonrefundable.

Late Registration Timeline:

  • For students who register on or after August 28, 2024, the payment due date is September 11, 2024.
  • Payment plan due dates for students who register on or after August 28, 2024, are September 5, October 5, and November 5, 2024 

If you fail to pay your balance by September 15, 2024, or have not enrolled in the payment plan, you will be de-registered and dropped from all classes at 5:00 pm on September 16. Failure to follow the above payment schedule will result in de-registration and the loss of all courses at 5:00 pm on September 16.

Spring 2025

To Maintain Good Standing with your Student Account:

  • Pay your balance by the billing due date below; or
  • Be enrolled and current in making payments to the payment plan outlined below. Students who register for payment plans and do not make payments will be de-registered from all classes.

  • Payment due date is January 5, 2025
  • Payment plan due dates are January 5, February 5, March 5, and April 5, 2025

If you fail to pay your balance by January 5, 2025, or have not enrolled in the payment plan, you will be de-registered from all classes at 5:00 pm on January 8, 2025. Seats in courses lost this way will be held until the first day of the semester, January 21, 2025. Once the semester begins, the seat will no longer be held and may be lost.

Late Registration Fee: Failure to pay according to the above schedule may result in a late payment fee of $100 per month. All fees are non-refundable.

Late Registration Timeline:

  • For students who register on or after January 16, 2024, the payment due date is February 1, 2024
  • Payment plan due dates for students who register on or after January 16, 2025, are February 5, March 5, and April 5, 2025.

If you fail to pay your balance by February 5, 2025, or have not enrolled in the payment plan, you will be de-registered from all classes at 5:00 pm on February 5, 2025. Failure to follow the above payment schedule will result in deregistration and the loss of all courses at 5:00 pm on February 9, 2025

Payment Options

 

  • All domestic online payments must be made through the Student Self-Service portal.
  • International online payments must be made through Flywire.
  • Only domestic and international money orders, cashier checks, third party scholarship payments, 529 payments, and any other vendor payments may also be mailed. The address to mail such payments is below.
