The Glass House tour

Join us for a post-Reunion tour of Philip Johnson's Glass House in New Canaan, CT. On display will be Shigeru Ban's Paper Log House, which was constructed by faculty and students from The Irwin S. Chanin School of Architecture at The Cooper Union. Shigeru Ban is a member of the Architecture class of 1984. His colleague, Dean Maltz AR'84, will be on hand to give brief remarks, as well as faculty and students who worked on the project.

  • Founded by inventor, industrialist and philanthropist Peter Cooper in 1859, The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art offers education in art, architecture and engineering, as well as courses in the humanities and social sciences.
