Payment Schedules

2023 – 2024 Academic Year


Fall 2023 term payment deadlines:

  • Billing will begin on July 5, 2023.
  • Payment plan will open on July 17, 2023.
  • Payment due date is August 5, 2023.
  • Payment Plan due dates are August 5, September 5, October 5, and November 5, 2023.
  • Billing will begin on September 5, 2023 for students who register on or after August 28,2023.
  • Payment due date is immediately for students who register on or after August 28, 2023.
  • Payment Plan due dates for students who register on or after August 28, 2023 are September 5, October 5, and November 5, 2023. 

Note: Failure to pay according to the above schedule may be subjected to a Late Payment Fee of $100 per each month. All fees are non-refundable.

Warning: If you fail to pay your balance by October 15, (or have not made arrangements for a payment plan), you are subject to de-registration and the loss of all courses.

Fall 2023 tuition withdrawal deadlines:

  • 100% Tuition Refund: Monday, August 28 - Tuesday, September 5, 2023
  • 50% Tuition Refund: Wednesday, September 6 - Wednesday, September 13, 2023
  • 25% Tuition Refund: Thursday, September 14 - Thursday, September 21, 2023
  • No refund any time on or after September 21, 2023
  • Be advised that the student registration fee of $1,135 is non-refundable on or after Monday, August 28 and is not subject to the partial refund policy.

Health insurance waiver deadline: October 15, 2023.

Spring 2024 term payment deadlines:

  • Billing will begin on November 22, 2023
  • Payment plan will open on December 8, 2023
  • Payment due date is January 5, 2024
  • Payment Plan due dates are January 5, February 5, March 5, April 5, 2024

Note: Failure to pay according to the above schedule may be subjected to a Late Payment Fee of $100. All fees are non-refundable.

Spring 2024 tuition withdrawal deadlines:

  • 100% Tuition Refund: Tuesday, January 16 - Tuesday, January 23, 2024
  • 50% Tuition Refund: Wednesday, January 24 - Wednesday, January 31, 2024
  • 25% Tuition Refund: Thursday, February 1 - Thursday, February 8, 2024
  • No refund any time on or after February 9, 2024
  • Be advised that the student registration fee of $1,135 is non-refundable on or after Tuesday, January 16 and is not subject to the partial refund policy.

The further into a given semester, the lower the refund percentage. The refund schedule is based on the withdrawal date. Any withdrawal after the third week of classes is not eligible for a refund of any amount. The above dates detail the refund schedules for the Fall 2023 and Spring 2024 semesters. Please note, student fees are not refundable after the start of the semester. 

Health insurance waiver deadline: March 15, 2024.

Payments

  • All domestic online payments must be made through the Student Self-Service portal.
  • International online payments must be made through Flywire.
  • Only domestic and international money orders, cashier checks, third party scholarship payments, 529 payments, and any other vendor payments may also be mailed. The address to mail such payments is below.
