Payment Schedules
2022 – 2023 Academic Year
Fall 2022 term payment deadlines:
- Billing will begin on July 5, 2022.
- Payment plan will open on July 15, 2022.
- Payment due date is August 8, 2022.
- Payment Plan due dates are August 8, September 8, October 8, and November 8, 2022.
- Payment due date is October 2, 2022 for students who register on or after August 29, 2022.
- Payment Plan due dates for students who register on or after August 29, 2022 are September 8, October 8, and November 8, 2022.
Note: Failure to pay according to the above schedule may be subjected to a Late Payment Fee of $100 per each month. All fees are non-refundable.
Fall 2022 tuition withdrawal deadlines:
- 100% Tuition Refund: Monday, August 29 - Monday, September 5, 2022
- 50% Tuition Refund: Tuesday, September 6 - Tuesday, September 13, 2022
- 25% Tuition Refund: Wednesday, September 14 - Wednesday, September 21, 2022
- 0% Tuition Refund: Any time on or after September 22, 2022
Health insurance waiver deadline: October 15, 2022.
Spring 2023 term payment deadlines:
- Billing will begin on November 23, 2022
- Payment plan will open on December 3, 2022
- Payment due date is January 5, 2023
- Payment Plan due dates are January 5, February 5, March 5, April 5, 2023
Note: Failure to pay according to the above schedule may be subjected to a Late Payment Fee of $100 per each month. All fees are non-refundable.
Spring 2023 tuition withdrawal deadlines:
- 100% Tuition Refund: Tuesday, January 17 - Tuesday, January 24, 2023
- 50% Tuition Refund: Wednesday, January 25 - Wednesday, February 1, 2023
- 25% Tuition Refund: Thursday, February 2 - Thursday, February 9, 2023
- 0% Tuition Refund: Any time on or after February 10, 2023
The further into a given semester, the lower the refund percentage. The refund schedule is based on the withdrawal date. Any withdrawal after the third week of classes is not eligible for a refund of any amount. The above dates detail the refund schedules for the Fall 2022 and Spring 2023 semesters. Please note, student fees are not refundable after the start of the semester.
Health insurance waiver deadline: March 15, 2023.

Payments
- All domestic online payments must be made through the Student Self-Service portal.
- International online payments must be made through Flywire.
- Only domestic and international money orders, cashier checks, third party scholarship payments, 529 payments, and any other vendor payments may also be mailed. The address to mail such payments is below.
