Payment Schedules

Spring 2026

To Maintain Good Standing with your Student Account:

  • Pay your balance by the billing due date below; or
  • Be enrolled and current in making payments to the payment plan outlined below
  • Students who register for payment plans and do not make payments will be de-registered from all classes

Billing and Financial Aid:

  • Spring 2026 bills are now available with institutional financial aid posted.
  • Federal PLUS Loans will be posted: February 6, 2026
  • Federal & State Aid disbursement (Pell, Subsidized & Unsubsidized Loans): February 13, 2026
  • First refund batch processed: February 16, 2026

Regular Registration Timeline:

  • Billing begins on December 5, 2025
  • Payment plan opens on December 5, 2025
  • Payment due date is January 5, 2026
  • Payment plan due dates are January 5, February 5, March 5, and April 5, 2026

If you fail to pay your balance by January 5, 2026, or have not enrolled in the payment plan, you will be de-registered from all classes at 5:00 pm on January 8, 2026. Seats in courses lost this way will be held until the first day of the semester, January 20, 2026. Once the semester begins, the seat will no longer be held and may be lost.

Late Registration Fee: Failure to pay according to the above schedule may result in a late payment fee of $100 per month. All fees are non-refundable.

Late Registration Timeline:

  • For students who register on or after January 20, 2026, the payment due date is February 3, 2026
  • Payment plan due dates for students who register on or after January 20, 2026, are February 5, March 5, and April 5, 2026

If you fail to pay your balance by February 3, 2026, or have not enrolled in the payment plan, you will be de-registered from all classes at 5:00 pm on February 6, 2026. Failure to follow the above payment schedule will result in de-registration and the loss of all courses at 5:00 pm on February 6, 2026.

Summer 2026

To Maintain Good Standing with your Student Account:

  • Pay your balance by the billing due date listed below

Regular Registration Timeline:

  • Billing begins on May 1, 2026
  • Payment due date: June 3, 2026

If your balance is not paid by June 3, 2026, you will be de-registered from all classes at 5:00 pm on June 5, 2026. Failure to meet the payment deadline will result in de-registration and the loss of all courses.

Fall 2026

To Maintain Good Standing with your Student Account:

  • Pay your balance by the billing due date below; or
  • Be enrolled and current in making payments to the payment plan outlined below
  • Students who register for payment plans and do not make payments will be de-registered from all classes

  • Billing begins on July 6, 2026
  • Payment plan opens on July 6, 2026
  • For those choosing to pay in full, the due date is August 5, 2026
  • Payment plan due dates are August 5, September 5, October 5, and November 5, 2026

Late Registration Fee: Failure to pay according to the above schedule may result in a late payment fee of $100 per month. All fees are nonrefundable.

If you fail to pay your balance by August 5, 2026, or have not enrolled in the payment plan, you will be deregistered from all classes at 5:00 pm on August 10, 2026. Seats in courses lost this way will be held until the first day of the semester, August 31, 2026. Once the semester begins, the seat will no longer be held and may be lost. 

Late Registration Timeline:

  • For students who register on or after August 31, 2026, the payment due date is September 16, 2026
  • Payment plan due dates for students who register on or after August 31, 2026 are September 5, October 5, and November 5, 2026 

If you fail to pay your balance by September 16, 2026, or have not enrolled in the payment plan, you will be de-registered from all classes at 5:00 pm on September 17, 2026. Failure to follow the above payment schedule will result in de-registration and the loss of all courses at 5:00 pm on September 17, 2026.

Spring 2027

To Maintain Good Standing with your Student Account:

  • Pay your balance by the billing due date below; or
  • Be enrolled and current in making payments to the payment plan outlined below
  • Students who register for payment plans and do not make payments will be de-registered from all classes

  • Billing begins on December 7, 2026
  • Payment plan opens on December 7, 2026
  • Payment due date is January 5, 2027
  • Payment plan due dates are January 5, February 5, March 5, and April 5, 2027

Late Registration Fee: Failure to pay according to the above schedule may result in a late payment fee of $100 per month. All fees are nonrefundable.

If you fail to pay your balance by January 5, 2027, or have not enrolled in the payment plan, you will be de-registered from all classes at 5:00 pm on January 8, 2027. Seats in courses lost this way will be held until the first day of the semester, January 19, 2027. Once the semester begins, the seat will no longer be held and may be lost.

  • For students who register on or after January 19, 2027, the payment due date is February 2, 2027
  • Payment plan due dates for students who register on or after January 19, 2027 are February 5, March 5, and April 5, 2027

If you fail to pay your balance by February 2, 2027, or have not enrolled in the payment plan, you will be de-registered from all classes at 5:00 pm on February 3, 2027. Failure to follow the above payment schedule will result in de-registration and the loss of all courses at 5:00 pm on February 3, 2027.

Payment Options
  • All domestic online payments must be made through the Student Self-Service portal.
  • International online payments must be made through Flywire.
  • Only domestic and international money orders, cashier checks, third party scholarship payments, 529 payments, and any other vendor payments may also be mailed.
