Access to Campus COVID-19 Test and CUSAFE Daily Screening

To all members of the Cooper Union community:

Remember 

Approval and Scheduling to be on Campus
Access to the buildings will only be given to faculty, students and staff who have received approval from the dean or the department manager and are scheduled for particular day(s) and time(s) will be allowed on campus. 

Negative COVID-19 Report 
For your first entry to the campus you need to have submitted a negative COVID-19 test to covidreporthr@cooper.edu that is less than two weeks old from when you plan to return to campus.

Personal Pledge
Don’t forget to sign the Personal Pledge and email healthandsafety@cooper.edu.

CUSAFE  
You then need to fill out the daily COVID-19 screening at CUSAFE (details were emailed out last Thursday) each day you are approved and scheduled to be on campus.
