IT Knowledge Base 

The Helpdesk Knowledge Base is a collection of articles that cover a wide variety IT topics, from software help, to campus wi-fi information, to troubleshooting hardware.  

The articles can searched by keywords or be arranged in the list by category (‘How-To’ and ‘FAQ’) and platform (Windows, macOS). Each Knowledge Base article has a unique URL for easy sharing and reference. 

To access the Helpdesk Knowledge Base go to https://helpdesk.cooper.edu/userui/advisory_library.php and log in with your Cooper email credentials: 

Username: your email address, minus the ‘@cooper.edu’ (e.g. jane.doe) 

Password: your Cooper email password 

  • Founded by inventor, industrialist and philanthropist Peter Cooper in 1859, The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art offers education in art, architecture and engineering, as well as courses in the humanities and social sciences.
