Blast-Resistant Materials and Systems

Today's reinforced concrete structures can still be insufficient in withstanding explosive detonations in close proximity. This project introduces a wire-mesh solution that has demonstrated an improvement in the structural properties of concrete and an ability to withstand more damage for light to moderate blast loads.
