Exhibition Design Manager Daniel Kershaw came to work at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in 1989. His designs include galleries for European Paintings, American Paintings and Sculpture, Oceania, Early Medieval, Byzantium, and Native America, and exhibitions of Renaissance Portraits, C.R.Mackintosh, Santiago Calatrava, Rauschenberg Combines, Art of the Samurai, Seurat, Play It Loud: Instruments of Rock & Roll, and Van Gogh's Cypresses. He has consulted for Columbia University, Yale University Art Gallery, Princeton University Art Museum, Alexander S. Onassis Foundation, Barnes Foundation, The Jewish Museum, Dahesh Museum, Larry Gagosian Gallery, Sotheby’s, The Ashmolean Museum at Oxford University, The DeMenil Collection, Salvador Dali Museum, Swiss Institute, Getty Conservation Institute, Philipse Manor Hall, Rolex, Ambassade de France/Service Culturels, Consulate of the Russian Federation, National Academy of Design, The St. Petersburg International Center for Preservation, The Los Angeles Museum of Contemporary Art, Japan Society.
