Tavaris Thomas

Instructor, Retraining Program for Immigrant Engineers

Dr. Thomas is a Technical Director for the Internet and Cyber Research Department at CACI Inc. and has over 15 years of experience in the design and development of applications for network protocol analysis and traffic generation. He is a recognized subject matter expert in the area of LTE control plane communications with experience in the design, development, provisioning, and deployment of carrier-class telecommunications equipment. Dr. Thomas is a published author and patent holder in the areas of mobile app analysis and operating system fingerprinting and holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Florida State University.
