Bhavik is an artist and technologist who creates calm, intimate and open social software. As a member of New Inc at the New Museum, he is currently working across the mediums of new media art, interactive design and product development to explore new languages and build alternative futures for digital experiences. Previously, he led teams of artists, designers and technologists at Google to create products that encourage new forms of community and expression. His work has been featured in the Verge, Wired and Fast Company and is used by tens of millions of people every day.

  • Founded by inventor, industrialist and philanthropist Peter Cooper in 1859, The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art offers education in art, architecture and engineering, as well as courses in the humanities and social sciences.
