Mr. William H. Sandholm

 

Mr. William H. Sandholm is the Chief Operating Office of Rose Associates, Inc. where he has worked since 1963. He oversees operations and planning of development and construction projects including hotels, office buildings, retail and residential facilities. He is responsible for corporate operations and planning and heads the firm's Consulting and Development Services group. His specialties include banking relationships and project evaluation, with special emphasis on financial administration, systems and profitability analysis.

Mr. Sandholm is a licensed professional engineer in the State of New York and is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the Mortgage Bankers Association, the Real Estate Board of New York, Counselor of Real Estate, and Urban Land Institute.
