Preliminary Agenda for JSC Meeting

  1. Election of 2 student representatives to serve on the institutional review committee under the drug free schools act. you must be Available to meet on Wednesday, Feb. 16 from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. and Thursday, March 3 from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
  2. Fund for emily gossiaux.  What does JSC wish to do to contribute?
  3. Presentation of the proposed plans of the student lounge space in the FDN building  (Salome, we need the sketches from you).
  4. Vote on whether we can now circulate the proposed revised Code of Conduct for review and criticism by the community at large. The draft will be attached to the email reminding you of this JSC meeting.
  5. Changes to the JAC constitution (Andrew and Rebecca, we need you to present your proposal).

January 24, so that I can prepare the final agenda.
 
Ad chairs should submit their revisions to their student council list by 1/24 as well, including Revisions to standing committees. February meeting will be chaired by all 6 ad-chairs.
