TC Westcott serves as Cooper Union’s Vice President of Finance, Administration and Treasurer. She has many years of senior-level management experience in both the non-profit and private sectors.

 Prior to accepting her position at Cooper Union in 2009, Ms. Westcott served as Vice President of Finance and Administration at the Polytechnic Institute of New York University, where she oversaw the financial management of this $90 million organization. As Vice President she developed forward-looking financial scenarios and strategies to help the organization meet its financial goals. She oversaw the day-to-day business operations of the Institute and supervised the business office, facilities, budget, human resources, information technology, and the institutional endowment.

Ms. Westcott also previously held Vice President and Senior Vice President positions at Planned Parenthood of New York City, where she managed the organization’s finances and oversaw the implementation of a new IT infrastructure. She managed the placement of $70 million in endowment funds, and implemented programs which increased primary patient visits by 18 percent. She supervised the rollout of a new patient service delivery model including new workflows to improve patient waiting time and new job descriptions to provide flexibility in meeting patient needs.

Ms. Westcott holds a Masters in Business Administration degree from Columbia University, a certificate in Education Management from Harvard University, and undergraduate degrees from Lehman College and Staten Island Community College, now the College of Staten Island.
