Evan Spritzer received a Doctor of Musical Arts from SUNY at Stony Brook, a master’s degree in international history from the University of the Sorbonne (Paris), and a PhD in History and French Studies from New York University. He has performed throughout Europe and the United States as a clarinetist and was an associate artist at Princeton University. He researches and writes about the performance of politics on French radio in the era of the Second World War.
